Our Coaching Team

Coach Aaron  founded Valkyrie Girls Lacrosse after recognizing a need for more opportunities for girls to learn, play, and grow through the sport. Inspired by his own daughters' desire to be part of a team and learn the game, he created Valkyrie to provide a positive, competitive, and supportive environment for young athletes.

With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Aaron has coached both boys and girls lacrosse at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He is passionate about developing not only skilled players, but confident young leaders who understand the value of hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship. His commitment to player development and love for the game continue to drive the mission of Valkyrie Girls Lacrosse.

With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Coach Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for player development to Valkyrie Girls Lacrosse. Specializing in goalie training, he is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, refine their technique, and reach their full potential.

In addition to his expertise with goalies, Coach Scott works closely with offensive players to develop skills, game awareness, and a strong understanding of the sport. His positive coaching style and commitment to each athlete help foster both success on the field and a lifelong love of the game.

Coach Eric brings firsthand playing experience to Valkyrie Lacrosse, having competed at both the high school and collegiate levels as a goalie. His experience in the cage gives him a strong understanding of defensive play, positioning, communication, and the mental side of the game.

We’re excited to welcome Coach Eric to the Valkyrie coaching staff and have him help our athletes build their skills, confidence, and love for lacrosse.
